Vegan/Lactosefree/Eggfree Christmas Cake 35.00 Serves 8/10
With this delicious cake we have moved away from the traditional fruits & mixed peel. I have used instead a selection of figs, dates, natural glace cherries & cranberries to produce a rich, moist cake, which improves on keeping. The cake does not contain Sulphites or nuts. I have not included alcohol in this cake, but you could feed it with sherry or brandy if you want to pack a punch.
