Home made food from Truffleicious is quite well know in our area of Wiltshire. Did you know that we have extended our service to include, our Organic, Artisan, Veggie Breads?

Our totally Home made breads, salads & Cakes can be ordered & collected from our Stable Kitchen, Great Chalfield, Wiltshire on Thursday’s each week, at a time to suit you (by arrangement).

There are eight different breads available to tempt your taste buds:

Rye, Sweet Potato & Walnut. Low Gluten. V. Vegan

This is a dense, malty, nutty bread, which keeps well in an air tight container, is delicious toasted & freezes well for up to two months.

Carrot, Pumpkin/Linseed Seed, Spelt & Rye. Low Gluten. V. Vegan

This bread is made into large finger rolls & has a moist, crunchy, springy texture. Great for getting some more veg into the little ones. Add some cheese & salad, for a healthy, nutritious lunch box filler. Again, keeps well in an air tight container, is delicious toasted & freezes well for up to two months.

Spelt, Oat & Potato. Low Gluten. V.

A round loaf, with a soft texture, easy to chew & digest. Great with soups, or for sandwiches. Keeps well in an air tight container, is delicious toasted & freezes well for up to two months.

Bread, Seeds, Spelt, Rye. Organic — Home madeVeggie Loaves

Garlicky Olive, Sun-dried Tomato, Potato & Parmesan Sharing Bread. V

An Italian, white organic flour disc, filled & topped with Olives, Sun-dried Tomatoes & Parmesan. Looks like a large Pizza or some say a Quiche. Great for tearing & sharing or splitting through the middle & filling with all sorts of delicious, meat, cheeses & veg. Or top with your favourite ingredients & blast under a hot grill. Keeps well in an air tight container & freezes well for up to two months.

Blue Cheese Boule V

A plump, round Organic white & Spelt flour loaf, soft textured & packed with a creamy blue Cheese. Ideal for slicing for sandwiches (Think: Iceberg Lettuce, Sliced cooked Chicken, Olives) Also toasts well, for those gourmet toasted sandwiches. Keeps well in an air tight container in the fridge, is delicious toasted & freezes well for up to two months.

Fennel, Salami & Courgette Loaf.

Another plump, white organic flour, round loaf, perfect for sandwiches or as an accompaniment to a pasta dish or marinated vegetables ( Mop up those juices). Keeps well in an air tight container in the fridge, is delicious toasted & freezes well for up to two months.

These delicious Gluten Free Loaves are also Vegan & Lactose Free. They do not contain any additives, preservatives or soya. They keep well in an air tight container & can be frozen, in sealed bags for up to 2 months. Delicious toasted.
