.I am professional cook with over 40 yrs experience, have had my recipes published in the Guardian & local magazines and had an article written about my business by Prue Leith. I worked at Harrods, designing Canapes for the Food Hall and was employed as Personal Chef to Mr Al Fayed & Lord & Lady Cowdray at Cowdray Park. Midhurst, West Sussex.

COOKERY TUITION / FOOD BLOGGER/ FOOD WRITER/RECIPE DEVELOPMENT
With a wealth of experience behind me, encompassing a broad range of cookery skills, Food Science & Nutrition. I am available to provide an overview of food hygiene and teach you how to cook almost anything you would like to learn. I can also suggest new ideas to enhance your skills & repertoire. Together, using my knowledge of food development & recipe creation you will soon be able to create your own delicious dishes.
Tuition is available as 1 to 1 tuition or in a group of up to six people. Larger group tuition is available on request.
The tuition is suitable for anyone wishing to learn about cooking from learning the basics to creating a banquet.
FOOD WRITING, RECIPE DEVELOPMENT.
As well as cookery tuition I also assist food companies & writers in creating & developing recipes for their Social media sites, blogs, books, leaflets, calenders etc
I also write a blog, giving recipes, cookery tips & dealing with what to do with your leftovers & also food & nutrition blog (Low FodMap Diet)
